
Natural Immunity Protocol

Note: Use any or all of this protocol anytime you are sick or feel something coming on. You can use this for general prevention as well if needed. Always try to get high quality supplements (Ex: Jarrow, Thorne, etc).
Core protocol
-
Liposomal Vitamin C 1,000mg 2x per day
-
Vitamin D w/ K2 10,000IU 2x per day
-
Zinc 50mg
-
Quercetin 500mg 3x per day (take with Zinc/ionic zinc)
-
NAC 500mg 3x per day
-
Ionic Minerals 2x per day
-
Colloidal Silver drops held 1 minute under tongue 3x per day (look to bottle for dosage)

Gargle in throat and swish in mouth hydrogen peroxide mouthwash 2x per day. Can also use regular mouthwash.

Do a neti pot nasal rinse 2x per day. Neil Med makes a squirt bottle that makes this easier (don't squeeze too hard).

For respiratory symptoms only: Do a 15 minute hydrogen peroxide nebulizer session 3x per day (1 part food-grade hydrogen peroxide, 5 parts medical grade saline solution). Even just the saline solution alone will help.

Other supplement suggestions: Cellfood, astragalus, echinacea

Avoid all sugar, especially fruit juices like OJ. If you want OJ, eat an organic orange instead. Fresh organic berries are good too.

Use a hot water bottle as needed and monitor body temperature. Don't let it get too high (above 103), but the fever is helpful to fight the infection naturally, so don’t rush to using OTC medications. Use cold compress on the forehead and/or name brand Tylenol to bring a high fever down.

Keep windows open for fresh air if not too cold/hot and get some natural sunlight exposure.

Tap on your thymus for 1-3 minutes in the morning (see this video)

If your body feels like fasting, that's okay. It will help to heal.

Organic vegetable, chicken, or bone broths (preferably homemade) are excellent with or without the solid materials in.

All other food should be easy to digest (cooked) and healthy (less grains/sugar/dairy, more organic vegetables)

1/2 to 1 organic lemon juiced in water in the morning.

Fresh green juices either homemade or Suja/Evolution. Can drink these often.

Suja low sugar juices: Uber Greens, Twelve Essentials, Celery Juice, Ginger Love, Tumeric Love, Lemon Love

Evolution low sugar juices: Celery Glow, Essential Greens, Green Devotion, Greens & Ginger, Sweet Apple Greens

Fresh organic ginger tea with 1/2 organic lemon juice added at the end is good.

Electrolyte water 1x per day can be helpful (Superieur or Ultima are good)

Hydrate throughout the day with high quality, room temp water (never tap). Spring water in glass is best.

Therapeutic essential oils in diffuser can be helpful. Look for immunity blends like Thieves.

Can take melatonin 1-5mg depending on sensitivity if having trouble sleeping.

Avoid anything stressful (like the news or work) as this negatively impacts the immune system.
